Beingle uses mobile-number OTP (One-Time Password) authentication for login.

Beingle does not require you to create or provide a password for this login method.
B. Profile Information
To provide Beingle's social and communication features, we may collect:

- Interests and other profile information that you choose to provide
Some of this information may be displayed to other Beingle users depending on the features you use and your settings.

Beingle does not intend to store complete credit or debit card information unless expressly required for a particular payment service.

3. Random Audio and Video Calls
Beingle provides features that may allow users to connect with other users through random audio and/or video calls.
When you participate in an audio or video call:
- The other participant may hear or see information that you voluntarily share.
- You may be connected with people you do not personally know.
- You should exercise caution when communicating with other users.
- You should not disclose passwords, OTPs, banking information, financial credentials, government identification numbers, home addresses, or other sensitive personal information.
Although Beingle does not record calls, another user may independently use their own device, screen-recording functionality, camera, software, or other technology to capture a call.
Beingle cannot control or guarantee what another user may do with information that you voluntarily disclose or make visible during a call.
4. Go Live / Live Streaming
Beingle may allow users to broadcast live using the Go Live feature.
Live content may be viewed by other users while the live stream is active.
Other users may potentially capture, record, screenshot, photograph, or reproduce live content using their own devices or software.
Users are responsible for exercising caution regarding information they choose to disclose during a live stream.
5. Stories
Beingle may provide a Stories feature that allows users to share temporary content with other users.
Depending on the functionality of the Application, other users may be able to view your stories and interact with them.
We may process information relating to story creation, publication, viewing, and interactions as necessary to provide the feature, maintain security, and improve the Service.
Users should avoid sharing sensitive or confidential personal information through stories.
6. Following and Unfollowing
Beingle may allow users to follow or unfollow other users.
Information relating to following and unfollowing may be processed to provide these features.
Depending on the Application's functionality and settings, following relationships and related activity may be visible to other users.
7. User-Generated Content
Beingle allows users to create, upload, publish, broadcast, or share content through various features.
This may include:
- Profile information
- Profile photos
- Stories
- Live-stream content
- Comments
- Other content submitted through the Application
You are responsible for content that you voluntarily upload, publish, broadcast, or share through Beingle.
8. Nudity, Sexual Content and Inappropriate Content
Beingle does not permit:
- Nudity
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Sexual exploitation
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Threats
- Fraud or scams
- Impersonation
- Spam
- Other unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity
If you encounter nudity, sexually explicit content, abuse, harassment, fraud, or other prohibited behavior, you can use Beingle's Report and/or Block functionality.
Beingle may review reports and take appropriate action, including:
- Blocking a user
- Restricting access to features
- Removing or restricting content
- Suspending an account
- Permanently terminating an account
9. Reporting and Blocking
Beingle provides users with tools to report and block other users.
You may report another user or content for reasons including:
- Nudity
- Sexually explicit content
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Scams
- Spam
- Impersonation
- Inappropriate live streams
- Inappropriate audio/video interactions
- Other violations of Beingle's policies
Blocking a user may prevent further interaction between you and that user through applicable Beingle features.
10. Information You Voluntarily Share With Other Users
Beingle is a platform that allows users to connect and communicate with other users.
Please exercise caution when sharing personal information with other users.
If you voluntarily provide personal information through your profile, audio calls, video calls, live streams, stories, comments, or other social features, that information may be seen, heard, copied, photographed, recorded, stored, or otherwise used by the person who receives or views it.
You should never voluntarily share sensitive information such as:
- Passwords
- OTPs
- Banking credentials
- Credit/debit card details
- Financial information
- Government identification numbers
- Home address
- Confidential business information
- Other sensitive personal information
Beingle is not responsible for the actions of other users regarding personal information that you voluntarily disclose to them, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Beingle does not record or store audio/video calls or live streams as part of the normal operation of those features. However, we cannot control independent recording, screenshots, photographs, or other forms of capture performed by another user.

- Beingle cannot control the conduct of every user.
